Seductive electronic experimenters, Spirit Sisters, have added another one-word track, “Up”, to a trio of pretty posts that include the songs, “He” and “She”. “Up” is warped, glitched-out and glistening. It’s the third song in a musical journey of sorts. Each song is obviously synthetic, but they also feel organic, like moody improvisations. They’re wandering, atmospheric and evolving. “She” was breathy and sensual, “He” a soft walk along the beach, “Up” a cosmic odyssey. It’s a small but wonderful collection of work.
