Death and Vanilla | From Above

One of my favorite little-known bands, Death and Vanilla, will release a 7-inch single via London-label The Great Pop Supplement soon. It will feature two new tracks, “From Above”, and “Lux”. The band says of it’s facebook page that there will be 400-hand numbered copies available. Watch the new video for “From Above”, above. It’s a beautiful, languid and spacey psychedelic track, that has its roots in a 70s sound. It’s the kind of music that could be played while watching the aurora borealis. Video footage is from “Omega” by Donald Fox. — David D. Robbins Jr.
