Hervé | Save Me (Video)

Here’s a new video from Hervé (featuring Austra’s Katie Stelmanis) for the first single from a forthcoming album, “The Art Of Disappearing”, out March 4th on Cheap Thrills. Herve is Joshua Harvey, aka “The Count”, a producer and DJ. The video description says, “The new record removes the trademark Hervé club sounds, replacing them with delicate melodies, down tempo beats and vocal performances from the likes of Maria Minerva, Niki & The Dove, and Seasfire. As much as I hate combo-descriptions, this song feels like if Florence and the Machine decided to take the Portishead route. It’s dark and pretty, spirited by record-player hiss and warped electronics. Check out the video below directed by Tim Kelly. You can follow Hervé at facebook— David D. Robbins Jr.
