David Bowie’s official website stated that he will release a video today at 1:30 p.m. (ET) for his track, “Valentine’s Day”, from off his 2013 record “The Next Day”. (His official facebook message was posted also, but taken down minutes later — presumably because the video isn’t available yet.) The video was directed by Indrani and Marcus Klinko, who previously collaborated with Bowie on the artwork for 2002’s “Heathen” album. Bowie has been highly creative so far with videos for “The Next Day”. There have been three: “Where Are We Now?”, “The Stars (Are Out Tonight)”, and the controversially religious, “The Next Day”. You can click here to watch the video for “Valentine’s Day”, after it has been posted. The video is set to coincide with the single release of the song in picture-disc format via ISO/Columbia on August 19th in the UK (Aug. 20th everywhere else). The record comes in a transparent plastic sleeve overprinted with a white square so that the disc shows through the transparent lettering.
