OLIVER TANK | Dreams

Oliver Tank’s released an new six-song EP, “Dreams”, via Yes Please Records. It’s a serenely downtempo immersion in heavily reverbed electronics, with clear, soulful and melodic falsetto vocals. This record follows on the heels of Yes Please’s cool remix record featured its artists versions of each others’ songs. Read archived Their Bated Breath posts about Oliver Tank here, including a short about his song, “Last Night I Heard Everything In Slow Motion”. It’s an inventive track, that sounds a bit like James Blake, with the added dimension of whirling strings. It’s a fantastic cut. Listen to the album opener, “Up All Night”, below.
