WIZARD OZ | Flower Days

Wizard Oz released “Flower Days'” first single, the memorable “I Can’t Remember”, at the end of last year via bandcamp page and as part of the Beko Summer Compilation 2. (Which also features Foxes in Fiction, Blackbird Blackbird, Porcelain Raft and many more.) Now Wizard Oz has eight other tracks to go with the single. The newest record, “Flower Days”, also released via Beko digital label, is full of sweet songs. The music mixes chanting, arcade noises, lo-fi recording, pulsing synth and melodically cavernous vocals into a fresh sound all its own. Download the free nine-song album at this Beko-provided link. — David D. Robbins Jr.
