Poliça have been playing a new swanked-out track “Tiff” at places like Shepherd’s Bush in London and at the Coachella Festival, where they were joined on stage by Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon. I’m a bit late to the news that there’s a streaming version of it up now on the band’s soundcloud page. But here goes. I couldn’t pass it up, bearing in mind I’ve been playing “Lay Your Cards Out” and “I See My Mother” like crazy since the release of the highly successful debut, “Give You the Ghost”. That record featured a couple of tracks on the Their Bated Breath Best Songs of 2012 list. The new track is going to get a 7-inch release via Memphis Industries on June 10th.
