Sela. | Cold (Extended)

Sela. might be known to a few of you as a producer on Kitty Pryde’s “D.A.I.S.Y. Rage” EP, but most recently he’s teamed up with Japanese artist Noah on a new split record for Flau records. Yesterday, they posted a stream of the Noah track, “You’ll Come” to go with a few other songs from off one side of the split. Today you can hear one of the tracks from the other half of the record, Sela.’s “Cold (Extended)”. It’s a beautiful lesson in ambient simplicity. The track starts off with a warped high pitched tone, intermittent clicks, then a steady warm bass beat that shifts slightly throughout the track. You can purchase the release at this Flau link.
